Make lending decisions and earn a better return on your money. An Information Memorandum is prepared for each mortgage opportunity. This contains all the information you should require to make an informed investment decision. You then decide if you want to fund all or part of the mortgage.
Take direct ownership of a mortgage on quality property in a location you like, at a Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) that suits you. An easy way to benefit from the property market without managing tenants and rental properties.
Fixed interest returns for the term of the loan vary from 6% – 11% per annum secured by a registered first mortgage (less RWT) and are based on several factors. These include, but are not limited to: the property type and location, the borrower, the loan term, the risk and credit profile and the Loan to Value Ratio (LVR). There are no additional costs or fees on the interest you earn. Investment terms range from 3 to 36 months.
